My Experience as:
A Performer
Torres has been part of 2 Bessie Award-winning productions, toured her second tap production in the UK, and was recently honored as Dance Teacher Magazine's Awardee! Dre’s competitive team dancers have won multiple national titles as soloists, and numerous first-place awards in solos, duos, trios, and groups! My most recent project, OSCiLLATE, is a critically acclaimed show that has toured throughout the United Kingdom.
A Choreographer
I’m incredibly passionate about sharing tap with anyone who wants to learn, no matter their level. I encourage my students to find freedom in their movement and build confidence, not just in tap, but in life. I’ve had the privilege of teaching at places like Broadway Dance Center, Pineapple Dance Studios, DansEncore International Dance Festival, Soul to Sole Tap Festival, and London Tap Dance Intensive, among others.
